Community Access CPR/AED Program

What is it?

  • The Winchester Fire-EMS Community Access CPR/AED Program is a self-sustained program that places and maintains AED’s (Automated External Defibrillators) into the community for public access through teaching First Aid, CPR, and AED classes.

How does it work?

  • Income that is generated through CPR classes taught by the Department maintains the Community AED’s through semi-annual maintenance, pad replacement, and battery replacement.
